UNC too strong...
The Cards put up a good fight... but Tyler H and UNC took a 12 pt. lead by halftime... even though the cards came back to tie in the second half, Tyler H and the UNC clan were too great for the cards down the stretch... but I am so proud of the cards! Coach Pitino coached a great team this year... Earl Clark and Terrance Williams were amazing during the tournament (along with all of the team!)

going into the elite eight
SO... the cards beat Boise State... Oklahoma... and then a dramatic game against Tenn!!! Tenn was a rough game for the cards due to the number of turnovers but the cards' defense was amazing! Can they win tomorrow against unc?! Let's cheer for the CARDS!

THE BIG EAST LOSS FOR THE CARDS!
Georgetown took the Big East title from the Cards on Saturday 55-52... it came down to trying a three to tie... and Louisville missed it! But the Big Show is just around the corner... and Cardinal fans, like me, still believe...

Over Villanova!
The Cards had a convincing win today over Villanova! Now, the cards lead the Big East! This ninth win by the cards is exciting fans all over the country... Palacios had 13 points to help lead the victory. Big East battle next week...
Louisville Takes Care of Number 17... Notre Dame!
Another close call, but the cards on top 90-85 at the end... analysts are speculating about a possible appearance to the final four... but I don't want to jinx it! The cards moved to the final four last in 2005 after beating West Virginia in overtime... and they find themselves at the top of the big East now... but who knows what is it come?!
